Updates! As of January 2022, Ms. Fleming has decided to turn our application for a private school tax exemption status into a Public Foundation. 

Limitless Ideas, LLC will pause on the creation of company documents for Fleming Day School until we know that Ms. Fleming is ready to move forward with the Foundation or keep Fleming Day School and the requirements it takes for either direction. Limitless Ideas, LLC is not able to stop the application process for the tax exemption status. If Ms. Fleming decides to move forward with the Fleming Foundation, Limitless Ideas, LLC will dissolve the application for the Fleming Day School and submit the tax-exempt application for the Fleming Foundation.  Limitless Ideas, LLC understands there is no rush either way. Limitless Ideas, LLC wants to make sure Ms. Fleming is able to identify the correct tax exemption status for the company she wants to move forward with.
